Research shows you can improve your body’s conversion of CoQ10 to ubiquinol by eating lots of green leafy vegetables, which are loaded with chlorophyll, in combination with sun exposure. A recent study by The University of Warwick in the U.K. isolated key brain cells that control appetite.

Researchers found that brain cells called tanycytes tell the brain you feel full when they detect two specific amino acids in foods — arginine and lysine. Foods that have these amino acids include pork shoulder, beef sirloin steak, chicken, mackerel, plums, apricots, avocados, lentils and almonds. The next big cancer discovery may be one derived from the  Australian blushwood berry.

The fruit contains compounds that began to kill off cancer cells and destroys cancerous tumours almost immediately., according to a study conducted by the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute in  Queensland, Australia
The drug, called EBC-46, is  and extraction of a compound from the blushwood berry. A single injections directly into melanoma lesions and into cancers of the head, neck and  colon in animals. It destroyed tumours long term in more than 70% of cases, according to the study’s lead author, Dr Glen Boyle, said.
“In preclinical trials we injected it into our models and within five minutes, you see a purpling of the area that looks like a bruise,
about 24 hours later, the tumour area goes black, a couple of days later you see a scab, and at around the 1.5 week mark, the scab falls off, leaving clean skin with no tumour there. The speed  certainly surprised me-This seems to lead to an activation of the body’s own immune system which then comes in and cleans up the mess.”

There was no evidence that it would treat cancers that had spread to other parts of the body.
