Super Green Smoothie

1/2 cup each of spinach, lettuce,Chinese cabbage, mint leaves watercress,, beetroot greens, parsley or any other green veggies you have. Add mint  leaves, 2 teaspoons of cacao, knob of ginger, knob of turmeric teaspoon of coconut oil, pinch of black pepper [to make the turmeric more potent], tablespoon of chia seeds. and nuts.

I also add supplements, for example, yeast, bee pollen, spirulina, inulin.

Add a teaspoon of honey or a little stevia for sweetness.

Liquidise it all together, it may need to be done in several batches.

For a smoother feel add 1 ripe banana, for extra protein 1 organic raw egg.

About 200 calories.
